From our first initial meetings with the directors, at BJS, we discussed our their needs and took discussed our idea's and getting some company background & history. We then worked with Ben and his teams to create a new corporate identity, re-designed the practices and working together to a totally new design concept & image, offering a much better flow and customer experience within the practices.

After recently refitting these two practices, Colin Lee Opticians in Lichfield and Jenks Opticians in Tamworth.

They have enjoyed, almost overnight success and have noticed the massive difference in the atmosphere within our practices. Both from the staff and the customers. The staff love their new look practices and are much more motivated thinking them as their own. "The response from our customers has been amazing and since the refits we are getting busier and busier".

We are now working with Ben Merchant and his team to extend the refit program to two more of our practices. Stating with their Aldridge and Rugeley Practices.

Ben say's "Having the first two practices refitted has caused a bit of jealousy within the group asking not when, but who is next... In my opinion is a no brainer getting our other practices refitted with BJS.
